Insurance:
Our standard policy regarding delivery responsibility is that our responsibility ends once the goods leave our facilities. Should any delivery problems arise, we will work to assist you as much as possible, however, you will be responsible for filing all claims with the delivery courier. We do offer optional insurance for your order (highly recommended) at a rate of $4.00 per order, regardless of the order amount. When your order is insured, we take responsibility for delivery right up until the goods are received.
Delivery and Order Process
a) Typical delivery times for our products are shown on the Price List. We ship all orders as quickly as we can, but items do become backordered due to product demand and supplier's delays. We endeavour to keep the more popular items in stock, and receive inventory shipments weekly.
b) Order processing is dependent upon incoming order volume. For items in stock, we normally process the order and ship same day, depending on the order levels and shipping activity.
c) If an order comes in for an item that is not in stock but is incoming on the next shipment, we will allocate items from that shipment for the order, and normally ship within 2 weeks of your order.
d) If the item ordered is not on order with our regular inventory shipment, we will order the item. Shipment will depend on availability from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery time: 3 weeks
Return
All Claims must be made to delivering carrier at once. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to carrier.
Returns not accepted unless authorized by DF within 2 days of receipt.
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from DF Online for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online can be returned at Diamond Fashions Retail Stores.
1. Place the items you wish to exchange in a box.
2. You must include a copy of the invoice.
3. Please provide replacement item and a brief reason for your exchange.
4. Send to the following address:

How to Return

You are responsible for exchange and return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as wewill not be responsible for lost packages.
